I'm moving to another building for work and I'm in the process of cleaning out my desk and I keep coming across artwork the girls had given me that I had hung up in the past and had taken down to replace with new stuff but couldn't bear to throw away. My heart hurts looking at it.

My friend Brain and I made an impromptu trip to Inniswoods gardens in Westerville on Saturday to walk around, enjoy the amazing weather, and take pictures. I only had my iPhone but I think that plus Instagram has given me a few nice shots.

Today was one of those mornings that says "Fall is coming". It was quite chilly, rainy and dark. These are my favorite kinds of days. I've liked them ever since I was a kid. Dani's Wedding
Most of you have already seen this pictures, but I wanted to share them too. slinksgirl got married this weekend, and I was lucky enough to see her marry one of the nicest guys I know. We got an official offer on our house on Wednesday. It was terribly low, but we countered and they accepted our counter offer. It's less than what we were asking but they're paying closing costs, so it should even out to what we want. I am officially terrible at karaoke. But I love it so much. If you're in C-bus come sing with us Sunday nights at Ace of Cups. It's awesome. And they have a ping pong table! Awesome.

Two things I learned this week:
1. I apparently do like wine. After years of insisting that I didn't, and trying a bunch that I couldn't stand, I found a kind I really like. I just had to find the right kind. (Mr. and Mrs. buckeyeschild are nodding their heads and thinking "I told you so".) I've now drunk more of it than is probably good. But it's tasty ( Read more... )
