So, I took my first live calls today at work. It was actually kind of fun, even though half the things the people wanted I couldn't help them with. That's okay though. It was still fun to talk to actual people who didn't know I was brand-spankin' new. Plus, the day completely flew by! Although I have a pooey test tomorrow, so that sucks ass. ( Read more... )

Started my job at Fidelity today. We're starting this 5 week training thing, and it seems like it's gonna be pretty cool. At least I'm getting paid to be in class for a month! They actually don't require us to memorize anything, just to be able to use the resources we have to find the answers to questions. The tests we have to take are open ( Read more... )
