Where's my rationality pill?

After getting to bed late because open office corrupted all of the equations in my lab report, and getting very little uninterrupted sleep last night, thanks to the endless aggressive snuggling and group gymnastics the cats subjected us to (they actually a) woke J up and b) drove him to the couch, which tells you exactly how bad they were), I woke ( Read more... )

Aw, thanks my dear. No, I need nothing other than some sleep and a break from all this busy-ness...balancing too many things at once. But a respite is in sight and I'll survive. :)

Looking back on it, I should have stayed on the couch last night... becuase going back to bed gave the cats the impression that we were awake and it was time for snuggles. They really are SO trained to seek affection when we're in bed, since it's like 75% of the attention they get in a given day. I think the one hour of sleep you got was when I was out on the couch.

Wow, I'm really sorry about the pork mixup... does this mean you're off the wagon? ;) just kidding.

We can go to bed at ~6pm tonight if you want to. :)

I give them lots of attention on the couch....they should have bothered you on the couch! ;-)

Anyway, no I'm definitely not off the wagon. ;-) It was nasty and disliking the taste/texture was what definitely tipped me off to it not being what I ordered. However, I may have one of those veggie beer brats tonight, and you can pretend it's meat if you like.

I am going to get home, study, and crash. Hopefully in that order, but not necessarily. I talked to the insurance company and it's covered (though I do have a deductible of course), so I'll stop by the police station on my way to pick up a report.

*screams* What a horrid day!

Do you want me to, like, bring you soup or something? There's still time this evening. But then maybe you're already going to sleep.

Hehe, well, I fell asleep around 9:30. Not sure when you sent this, but I wasn't checking LJ anyway.

It's amazing what 10 solid hours of sleep can do for your outlook on life.
