Ha. I was commenting all about how A Midwife's Tale is a really sweet book when I thought "but wasn't the author named Penny something?" and realized I was confusing it with A Midwife's Story. Sigh, never mind.

I have read Shadow Syndromes though. Hope you find it as fascinating as I did. :)

I was going to mention that you were the original reader of shadow syndromes....but then I forgot. It is fascinating already - of course the first two chapters (after the noisy mind) were instantly interesting for me. Ah, self-absorption.
