So after Hogmanay and before the first week of classes, I was feeling cold and lonely in my apartment and decided to take a week long trip to London to visit with buddies and see the sights.

My body's too turkeylicious for ya babe
Thanksgiving! Happened! Cooked for my church small group, or at least five of them. My meat thermometer broke within 10 minutes of me taking it out of the package, so I was worried that the turkey wouldn't be cooked all the way, but it was PERFECT, if I do say so myself. The postgrad graduation ceremony was today. I didn't attend of course, but I see all of the graduates and their parents walking around campus. My sempai Luca was in there somewhere. Soooo the international student centre has weekend trips to places around Scotland that are heavily subsidized. They are notoriously hard to sign up for because they are such good deals, there is a lot of queuing and the tickets sell out really fast. Soooo last Saturday, I took the train in to Glasgow to hang out with Jackie & Nick's (Nax) friend Ewen, whom I had met before when Nax were in Edinburgh.
