Being at my boyfriends house makes dieting so hard. He at least encourages me to workout but then I feel like he knows I've gotten fat. I've gained so much weight and have no will power to stick to anything. Losing 15 pounds in two weeks is ridiculous -- I don't know how possible that is, really. I know I can usually drop a few in one week, maybe at BEST like 7-8 in two weeks -- and that's with nearly constant fasting and also exercising.

It sucks when you have a significant other who encourages eating so much -- I know the feeling -_- Most of the time it's okay to eat a little bit of what they're having, or what they're pushing you to have, but portion control is something that can help a ton. Only eating a little bit but still eating their food gets them off your back more.
