Lost a beautiful kitty to the road Saturday. Still f-u'd about it.

Fiddle is going great. Really feeling it. Found a dynamite and easy tune: "Blarney Pilgrim". Trumpet NSG. Lip not holding up. Compostition piece for contest almost done. Clarinet, no major handwristarm probs as long as I shake them out frequently.

No bad headache yet but a tingling fullness verging on pain definately from the mildew. Seem to be over a screwed up trumpet lip episode. Now working on Mozart Horn Concerto #1, first movement, his most perfect piece I think sometimes. Sounds good on trumpet in E. I've been playing along with a recording of Barry Tuckwell. Trying to get the mildew out of one of my clarinets. Tea tree oil and everclear. DOn't think it worked. I'll probably have a terrible headache tonight.

Playing guitar and singing again. It's old folk stuff we used to do in the 80s and 90s. Got real burnt out on it about mid 90s and quit. Now it's fun coming back to it with a more relaxed attitude.
