I've been staying with my Dad. Now I see why it won't work right now to stay with him. His apartment is really tiny with no privacy at all. I slept on the couch the entire time. We just had dinner and my Mom made it official. She's going to be moving to Sacramento. She says she's calling the real estate agent on Monday and going to get our house on the market as soon as possible. Sometimes I wish things were different.
Sometimes I wish that my parents would've just made it work.
Sometimes I wish that my parents never met.

Then I wouldn't feel so sad.

So I changed the sheets this evening on my bed. I put the set of flannel sheets on that my Dad gave me for Christmas. He knows me so well. He knows I love to read in bed and he knows that I love to be cozy. Flannel sheets always feel so good, especially on a cold night when they're fresh and soft from the dryer.
