I have to admit, it's nice here. :)
I've been taking the bus and walking everywhere, and I haven't had to go anywhere too far away yet, so I'm still chuffed with the bus and how it comes approximately on time.

Are you sure you're in Boston? ;-)
Fortunately, the MBTA makes the bus tracking data publicly available so there's lots of mobile apps for tracking the buses. I use something called MBTA Alerts Pro, but that's an Android app. The MBTA website has a list of some of the available apps: http://www.mbta.com/rider_tools/apps/ You'd probably find even more if you check the app store on your phone. The data is quite reliable - I found it possible to wait inside my house when the weather is crappy, and only walk over to the bus stop to get there a minute or 2 before the bus arrives.
We should hang out sometime and talk flying :-)

I haven't been taking the T (subway) so I've been spared the worst. However, yesterday I waited for a bus that was supposed to arrive, but never did, and then the next one came at the wrong time too. So...perhaps the streak of good luck is over.
I downloaded two MBTA apps so far for the iPhone, one is awesome and the other shit. They were both free though, so I can't complain!
