Mid-winter update
Here we are in the middle of winter. Time for another update. I have been working on my training for the Spartan Race in August. I've been going to the gym regularly and attending yoga classes, mostly on Mondays. Last Wednesday I accompanied my friend to my first guided meditation at the Heart of Wisdom Zen Temple. Body is sore, body is alive
Since the middle of October I have had a goal to run in the Portland Spartan Race in August 2017. I have been training separately and with a friend. I have made a commitment to work out in the company gym at least 4 days a week during my hour lunch. Vacation is coming to a close
It has been a whirlwind of a time in Cascadia. I miss home with every fiber of my being. I have had a lot of outdoor time with good friends and partners like vivane666, Grim, and Judis we went everywhere from beckler ridge to Snoqualmie then to the ape caves and Mount St. Helens. I went to an adult event in Lansing last night. I made several aquaintances and started some fast friendships. I look forward to seeing them all again.
