Can you recommend a spa in New York? A fellow bridesmaid and I want to give a gift certificate for some pampering to the bride-to-be. Our friend, who lives in Brooklyn, is not high-maintenance but would probably love a massage or facial. Of course, who wouldn't?

bliss is totally overdone. try just calm down -- www.justcalmdownspa.com -- the wine pedicure (!) i got there was one of the best i've ever had, and they have tons of neat massages and treatments that use really creative ingredients.
