ok
so im going on a diet
that will consist of a lot of fruit like
apples
bananas
pinenuts
tofu grilled
hummus
beans
oatmeal

i really have to get on track
plus lots of miso soup

well my stats...
humm.
no nearly as low as you,
im 12o now: my highest
looking to be at 110,
but 105 would be cool,
maybe, we'll see.
(my lowest is around 105)
