I just realized that I know how to deal with people being bad to me better than I know how to handle people being nice to me. People being nice makes me suspicious and uncomfortable but i'm ready to be treated like shit, it's not uncommon for me.

I am in the middle of making my first ever batches of mead! I am working on two separate batches; one is a vanilla cinnamon mead and the other is a strawberry-peach mead. If this goes well, there will be many a bottle to go 'round to those who are as excited as I am! <3 all!

So I just spent part of last night hacking apart and resewing my bras that were too big and now, joy of joys, they all fit again! I haven't gotten all of them done but I feel much more confident that I will still be able to get bras in something resembling my size and then alter them to fit. So I just got my Elfen Lied collection in the mail, and I also just finished watching Hellsing Ultimate, which is freakin' AWESOME! I am so happy- so much ANIME! And Weasel and I just signed up for netflix, as per last-ish post, which will provide many new and exciting anime shows! I am le happy, or perhaps l'happy?

So I just need to rant for a bit. I'm in a life drawing class and it's rather boring, but hey, it's good practice. I was also really hoping that I would glean some new tips and tricks for doing better at rendering the human form, but that hasn't even come close to happening. So today the Weasel and I were pretty productive. We performed wedding recon, joined netflix, and I got a heap o' homework done. So I just got back from my first eye exam ever, and I found out that the lenses in my eyes dislike focusing on close range stuff and that I am photophobic. My dislike of light does in fact have solid ground! I may be more vampire than I had originally thought!

Who don't already know, I am back in college working toward a B.S. in game art and design. This should only take me about 1-2 years, and I am going to learn so much. I am except from all of the G.E. courses since I already have degrees, which is super awesome. I am still in my first two classes, but I love it. I have already learned a lot of new ( Read more... )
