my computer makes me stabby.
i tunes deleted my entire librbary. i have absolutely NO music. all the music i bought? GONE. all my playlists, all oprganized for the wedding? GONE. I FUCKING HATE MY COMPUTER. FUCK FUCK FUCK. this occurred at 11pmish last night. resulted in my crying about it for a good hour. i am that pathetic. i don't have time for this shit. i have

i'm wary of doing anything at the moment, only because luke is Very Worried about my computer (see: battery issues, hard-drive issues, deletion of libraries, freezing when screen saver appears, video-chat configuration problems, etc). in fact, this weekend, it's the great laptop trade of 2008, in which he takes my laptop to fiddle with, diagnose, and (hopefully) fix, and i get his on which to finish my semester / thesis. this involves backing my files from this computer onto his so i can use them, and then playing my ipod over his computer (which i can already do, i think). but thanks for the offer. (can i also point out that my computer is not even 2 years old? oiy!)
speaking of offers, i might have some thesis to send your way, if you're up for it. basically to point out what does and doens't make sense to the "average reader without a great deal of background." maybe. i dunno.
i'm just operating in cry-over-nothing / freak-out-ready mode. i can (and will, i hope) do it.
