Va Va... Vroom?

I stumbled onto one of those amusing/silly time-wasters today, in the form of the Deluxe Pinup Maker, which allows you to recreate yourself in classic pinup girl style. It was entirely too much fun to play with all the options for customizing!

But, you wonder, what would I look like in pinup format? Well, click the cut to see.

Link is borked, can't make with the pin-up toy. :(

Cool on the motorcycle! Hubby wants one, and I'd be happy for him to have one, but, alas, no $$$ for a motorcycle.

The link should work now! One missing letter makes a difference, apparently. *g*

Thanks! I'm so happy for my dad. I think he'd have waited longer, if all the circumstances hadn't come together just right, but they did, so he jumped. He doesn't mind doing a bit of work on the exterior, and it's running beautifully, so. It was criminally underused by its previous owner!

Isn't it? He's already been working on cleaning and polishing the chrome, apparently. I know he's going to have it gleaming. :D

Thank you! And I will. If I'm getting helmet hair, I'd better be wearing a fabulous helmet!

The pin up totally looks like you!

And your dad, totally made of win.

It's amazing how everything just falls into place when the time is right. We've just had the same with the piano. And a dog. :D

Aw, thank you! I was impressed that I was able to get the right coloring for once.

My dad is made of win, yes. I'm so happy for him! :D

Yes, things do have a way of falling into place when you're ready for them, don't they? I'm so happy for you about the piano. AND the dog! That's wonderful.

Nice bike!

The husband of one of my friends used to own Sirius Black's motorcycle. ...Well, it did have 'SB' scratched into one of the handlebars...

Thanks! I'm sure it'll be even prettier once my dad polishes it up. :D

And hee. Funny you should mention Sirius's bike, because of course his is a Triumph, and one of my dad's reasons for admiring this bike so much is the fact that the design was heavily inspired by the Triumph.

Also, Nightwing750 sounds just like the names people get given on Pottermore. Your dad's bought a Thestral, hasn't he?

Ahaha! I think you're right. It DOES sound like a Pottermore name!

Maybe he should name the bike Thestral...

Bluey!  I cannot believe how much time I just wasted spent making a pinup of myself!  I thought I was going to be writing my Machiavelli talk!

Heeeeee.  And I follow your dad's logic perfectly on the motorcycle.

Ha!  I couldn't resist coming back for a Cocoa Lestrade pinup!  There was no coffee and doughnut option, nor a beer option, so a martini and a cupcake will have to do.

Eeeee, femme!Lestrade, with a dash of Cocoa! Ooooh, perfection!

And... I must admit, I did waste spend some time making up femme!Vince and femme!Howard, too, or at least the sort of avatars they might make for themselves. ;-)

Ha! Way, WAY too much fun! I am going to do ONE more. Just ONE more. And then I will behave and go back to doing the things I should be doing.
