We all know how much I like novelty and so we all know how delighted I am by a new phone, a new boy, and a new pair of shorts. Now I need a new work out routine, as my walks with Abra are sporadic at best (her parents keep changing their schedule). So far in the past 24 hours, I have had swollen sinuses, an upset stomach, an unexpected day off (as in I drove to work and no one was there) and a crazy Russian lady just hit my car and only gave me her insurance info when I threatened to call the police ( Read more... )

I have my first sunburn of the season.
It's somehow comforting to see my shoulders dusted in freckled and striped with pink lines where my bra straps slid down on my left shoulder.
Not a year has gone by where I have not been sunburnt at least once and it always reminds me of running around outside and swimming in my pool for hours as a little kid.

I keep having dreams that I haven't slept well and so when I wake up, I feel as if I haven't slept well. Brain, you need to work with me here on this one ( Read more... )

I present to you...the baby of awesome! This was taken on one of our daily walks. Yes, there is a huge wet spot on her baby Bjorn from her gnawing and drooling on it. She is a veritable font of drool these days.
