Preventative maintenance

So I went to a PA conference in Corpus Christi with Reba, the other PA. One of the last speakers we saw talked about nutrition. He talked about how we take care of "stuff" but not ourselves. We protect our car with preventative maintenance - oil changes, tire rotations. We protect our money/future with preventative maintenance - investments,

I picked out a few recipes to try out today. A soup, some dip, I bought Soy milk and Almond milk. I'm having Almond milk with m cereal today. It's good!
