One of the most romantic scenes of all time (even when you're a grown up and know it's totally cheesy) is in The Princess Bride after they fall down the hill when he asks, "Can you move at all?" And she replies, "Move? You're alive! If you want, I can fly!"

I also think Wall-E is one of the most romantic movies ever. :)
