I worked 24hrs straight. I must be nuts to agree to do that. It is illegal to do that but they dont care. I just had to punch out right before 24hrs, so 23hr 59mins is LEGAL!! I'm sick of working night shift. My body is all screwed up. I slept 3hrs in 24hrs and I keep waking up with bad headaches. Nothing works. I want to bang my head into a wall to feel pain somewhere else besides my head. My one day off all I did was try to get rid of this headache. I'd take a pill, fall asleep, wake up with more pain. I just finished working Fri, Sat,& Sun nights. Staying awake from 4pm till 8am is very challenging. Yes, you can fall asleep standing up! It wasn't a bad 3 nights. It could've been worse. Today I was thinking about what it means to be happy. I can say I am truly finally happy with my life. Of course for a few small things which would make life easier. But isn't life supposed to throw you a few curves so you can appreciate what you have to be happy about?
