Here, spring started early, then stopped completely for several weeks - the world went back to sleep soon after the alarm had gone off - and it's only really kicked off again in the last couple of weeks.

You know, I was told, that as I had already got one British visa, all the next ones I would get automatically. So I am planning to come again - not soon, any way, not sooner than in winter, or even later. But I want to come with Alice this time. what do you think?

Yes, I have Hot Fuzz on DVD. It's one of my favourite films, made more so by the fact that it was shot in Wells. I know exactly where the supermarket is, and the churches and the streets. I hope you have found it as funny as I have. :))
