after the Mt E gynae visit that afternoon, i pop over to paragon and is pleasantly surprise to see sales... and i got this because i couldnt resist the 'tiffany blue' colour!

week 33 - at the last post, baby was growing slower... so gynae decide to put me on high protein diet. tried to follow strictly by eating more eggs and meat. since carbs fill me up easier, i tend to eat less of those but concentrate on meat and veggies ( Read more... )

i dont know if its cos i am getting old but i seems to be getting lots of small problems with body..
first... it was bloatedness but still hungry constantly.
then it was constant fatigue
then menses becomes very irregular (it used to be only slightly irregular)
then eyes dry... skin dry and lips dry...
its affecting my mood too..

sighhhhh....
