Despite the work that I've had done on myself, my sleep is quite irradic and exhausting. I feel like I have the same problem week after week. I'm drained from one thing or another and when it comes to the weekend, my sleep is so messed up that I can't get the sleep that I'm craving. Today was my first day in forever where I was able to have some time to myself. It was a difficult task because I don't think I sat still for more than 15-20mins at a time, all day. I think I just slept 7 hours last night. Hm.

As I wrote in one of my last journal entries, I had my deviated septum fixed last Friday. Unfortunately, I didn't feel much of a change in my symptoms, but I did feel some sort of shifting going on inside my head the night it was fixed. It's hard to explain really.
