Apple Butter

... I'm making it. Or, well.. .I've started. I need a food mill / grinder / processor that will puree up all this mess of cooked down apples into approximately a metric ass ton of applesauce. Anyone out there got a food mill / grinder aparatus

I have a small food mill for making baby food. If nothing better comes along you are welcome to it.

When I made apple sauce and apple butter, I cooked down slices of apples. The cooking process broke them down so that there was no need to mash them up ahead of time.
