Has anyone tried Trim Spa before? What were your results? Effects? Anything else? I love it so far, but I've only been taking it for 2 days. My stomach doesn't growl anymore. No, no Trimspa here, but the leg cramps! Owww!

I've been prone to them all my life, and the best-working remedy I've found is two over-the-counter potassium supplements each night. When they get really bad, I'll add magnesium. Each night before you go to bed, remember to stretch your calves out, flexing your feet as far as they'll go.

That tends to keep them down from every night to just once a week or so, but you have my sympathy! Those things *hurt*.

muscle cramps are caused by calcium deficiencies in general. i'd recommend a calcium supplement that's easy on your stomach like tums. or, if you can't tolerate those, perhaps add yogurt and skim milk to your diet.

i'd be careful with potassium supplements because, that is such a percarious electrolyte.

hope you find something that works!

for the charlie horse, drink lots of water, calcium supplements, and stretch it. stand backwards on the edge of a stair and it should help stretch it out.
