First part of Cost of Silver was approaching 95k. I realised that if I was going to give the ECW its due weight in the second part, it would reach at least 80k, maybe 95 also. Our Living History Week, which used to happen over the Canada Day weekend, needed to be shifted. So it's moved to later August, and because some other group will also be at Fort Rodd Hill in later August, our week will this year exactly coincide with WorldCon.

Maybe 2015, then.

This morning Mark got the results of his biopsy after the surgery, and he is clear. Nothing cancerous in bladder or prostate. He still has to go in every three months and get rechecked, but he's bought a bottle of wine for dinner.

I took three of my 3-Day Novels, the ones set in the same alt-Europe, and muddled about on Lulu.com turning them into a pdf and giving them a cover. This was rather fun.
