Since I went 13-9, came in 5th, and hit a new peak rating (by 2 points!) I guess I should write something about it.
Was doing pretty mediocre for most of the tournament, but then I hit a 7-game winning streak towards the end, only to be thwarted in the final game (partially by ididjonassalk, but mostly by myself.) I was really nervous in the last game and played ( Read more... ) -

Friday Night Fever?
Last night, I went out, thinking I only had a cold, but I started feeling incredibly feverish. When I got dropped back off, I took my temperature... 102.4F (for all you canadians out there, that's about 39C.) I went to sleep, woke up in the middle of the night a few times, then woke up this morning and took my temperature again... 98.6F (37C)... ( Read more... )
