Oooh. Yes, I think now I have to go back to Newbury comics to search for some cheap Paula Abdul!
Since I take most of my roadtrips with my boyfriend, and he hates NKOTB, I don't think I'll be listening to them much with him. The big party pooper that he is.
Wasn't that "Reuniting the Band" episode somewhat anti-climactic? At first I was disappointed, but then I thought "You know what: these guys aren't interested in some lame band reunion, because they actually all went out into the world and MADE something of themselves!" I was really psyched the guys are all out there, enjoying their lives.
Sure, they've crawled out of the boy band pop star shell they lived in for so long and are now "real" people, but dammit, I wanted to see them together just that once.
I was so surprised that only 2 of them agreed to it. I want to send them a letter that reads:
Dear NKOTB: You crushed my dream. Poo on you. No love, Jocelyn

I'd even say it was disappointing.
