While my sweetie is still asleep I thought I'd post this to let everyone know 18 years ago I married my best friend. He is still my best friend who puts up with me, lets me drag him from pillar to post, and thinks I am beautiful even when I am not.
I love that man. There is no one else with whom I want to spend today, and the rest of my life. -
What a bad day at work looks like.
Obviously i am not dishing details...but i forsee many conference calls between philly, harrisburg and washington dc in my future. -

New gig same stuff
Day 2 of new gig down...apparently my RIC reputation precedes me as i have to lead an exam in two weeks. Hope my business cards and blackberry come in and are debugged in time.

Housewarming
House is now officially warmed, thanks to phil lindsey and tristan. Most items are unpacked and have found its proper place.
Today is a day of mostly rest...just need to get the curtains up. Tomorrow we will get up very early and travel back to va to finish cleaning the apt and surrender the keys.

Another omen
I just got an updated work schedule and everything from 9/24 is gone.
Hmmmmmm i think my boss and the scheduling group might know more than I do right know....
Ive crossed the crossables....now the trigger has to get squeezed..... -
Hurry up and wait
Second interview went well, but the necessaries need to happen before the trigger gets pulled.
But i am taking the fact that the hr director gave me house hunting tips and rental books as a good sign. :)
I just need to pass another background check.
Keep the fingers crossed that this roller coaster of a summer pulls into a station soon. -
