So it's Christmas Eve. Ryan and I stayed in bed a bit longer than usual this morning doing...birthday type things. But eventually we had to get up, we had some last minute gifts to get before tomorrow and then we had to pick up his parents from the airport. Tonight and tomorrow promises to be hectic. But in the best way ( Read more... )

Yeah yeah.

Can I take that the other way?

1. Something great. I guess I can't just get away with that, either? Okay, seriously. You...you're everything. You're exactly what I was looking for and never found. You're the one I want to call as soon as something good happens and the one I want to comfort me when something bad happens. You always know what to say, even when I don't. I sometimes think about if things worked out differently, if we never got to this point, and it scares me. Because I don't know what I'd do without you. And I never intend to find out. So basically? You're stuck with me. :)

2. Wow. I have no idea. We really didn't figure it out last night. I could cheat and say any one of those 10, but I'm not going to. I'm going to say...Open All Night by Bon Jovi.

3. Forever.

Thank you!

1. I honestly don't know what to say here. I know Ryan thinks the world of you, and I admit, sometimes that bothers me because of everything. But you've never been anything but gracious and friendly to me, and you don't know how much I appreciate that. I think you're a wonderful mother and from spending time with Kat, I can see you're doing a great job with her, and I hope if I have kids one day, I can be as good with my children as you are with yours.

2. Just A Girl by Deana Carter

3. Kind.

Thank you!

1. I don't know you very well, but I feel like I do, because Ryan thinks the world of you. One day we'll have to go out and remedy that. I'd like to know you better, because you seem very sweet and nice and someone that I'd like to be around.

2. God I'm so bad at the lyrics part. Can't Take That Away by Mariah Carey.

3. Sweet

You know I didn't make you do this for me. Until now. I'm going to run right to your LJ and make you do it. Sigh.

1. What can I say? You're my best friend. You mean more to me than just about anyone I know. We've been through the worst times ever and somehow managed to stay together. There's nothing I wouldn't - and probably, have done - do for you. I love you.

2. My Best Friend by Tim McGraw.

3. uh...why is THIS the hard one? Amazing. Or maybe...faithful. Or reliable, but that makes you sound like an old car. haha. So just pick a nice word and say it makes me think of you.

Thank you!

1. You're one of the strongest people I know. I wish we talked more, because I'd love to know where you get that strength! You haven't been a mother long, but I can see how much you love your son and I admire that you would to anything for him, no matter what the cost to you. And beyond all that, you're one of the nicest people around.

2. I'm cheating, because it's your song, but "Once Upon A Decemeber" is one of my favorites, and this time of year, it's in my head.

3. Strong.
