What's a good uk equivalent to gatoraid?

Um, the UK stuff of the same brandname?

Or Lucozade or Powerade.

I've never been a fan of either but I'd guess Lucozade?

direct equivalent is the SPORT variation of lucozade - not the normal stuff.
Gatorade being isotonic etc etc. Or you can get pots of similar stuff by Maxim from swimshop.co.uk for not much and make your own. (I use lots of this stuff whilst training).

Thanks for the advice. I was trying to rehydrate myself after a rather nasty bit of food poisoning. Ug. but I bet I can fit into that PVC mini now.
