Water Shortage

Here on campus, in the pretty south west, we have NO WATER! Its a ridiculous state of affairs when you can't flush your own toilet. It is MADNESS. I am desperate for a shower, (cos i REALLY stink) and we can't cook... cos there is no water to cook with
