Hey guys! I finished my first novel. It's exciting and junk. Also, it took way longer than I was hoping or expecting it to. I officially started writing it on June 30th of 2011, and I was first hoping to finish it by the end of October so I could do NaNoWriMo. Everybody on the east coast is liveblogging an earthquake that I didn't feel. I kinda feel like I'm missing out on an essential experience. -

I took a 14-some mile bike ride today, doing a few useful errands and hitting up a couple bike shops in search of gainful employment.
