One More Thing

This is probably only relevant to Gina, but I've recently become enamored with... wait for it... "House."

My roommate has slowly but surely indoctrinated me with* the brilliant ways of House by cleverly playing the most engrossing episodes while I'm innocently surfing the web on the couch.

And of course, by "most engrossing episodes," I am referring ( Read more... )

Well, actually it would be coming down, now that I live in Madison. :P

I'll be at Purdue in a couple weekends, but only for my sister's graduation on Saturday, then I'm heading back to Chicago to meet some people. Maybe I can work a trip in sometime this summer, though - it's been forever.

Yayyyyy! House is awesome, is it not?

You know, I'm not sure what it is that makes that show so great. I don't really identify with any of the characters either. I like them all (well, except for sometimes most of the time Cameron) but...hmmm. I know I like trying to figure out the mystery, and I always like trying to figure out normal, inconsequential little event ultimately triggers House to arrive at a conclusion. I like the tension (not sexual, just in general) between Cuddy and House, and I swear House and Wilson are made for each other. There's so much innuendo and double meaning there if you look for it--gah!

But anyway, so glad you've found a new show to monopolize your Tuesday nights! You couldn't have picked a better one, imo. :)

*Side note: I think so.

I like your explanation of why the show is so intriguing. A lot of it is in the twists and turns of the diagnostic process, and the brilliance of House's deductions.

P.S. In case you missed my comment, the hair looks nice!
