Well, it's taken forever, but it's finally happened.....I'm adjusted to my new home in Georgia, my new routine, and life in general.....

I complain a lot because living in an "investment property" (ie: a fixer-upper) hasn't been the easiest adjustment, but I'm coming to realize that this place isn't so bad after all. It's bigger than my last home, ( Read more... )

i did it again. i did what i said i wasnt gonna do. damnit. i smoked another cig today. doh!

Ok, so New Year's Eve, I made the mistake of smoking my first cigarette I'd had in 3.5 years. Dumb, right? Yeah, well I paid for it the next day. I felt like shit. Don't ask me what prompted me to smoke. Since then, I've smoked 1 other cigarette. Very self-destructive, considering my dad died of cancer and my grandmothers (both sides) had lung ( Read more... )

Holy shit. Just got back from the gym. I can't believe I actually spent a whole 30 minutes on 1 machine! This is HUGE! I'm never able to stay on 1 machine for more than 15 minutes! It was the elliptical (low impact). It said I burned 160 calories. Cool shit.
