Fire, Fire Everywhere and Not a Drop to, Uh...

So, we're in Baltimore now, just finished the viewing (dead people, yay! Ugh), and our sitter has gotten out of Dodge. Our cats are at a downtown pet hotel that opened its doors, and the dog is with my sitter's cousin, who we know and trust. Oh, good. I've been worried and thinking about the dog and cats (can I say their names here on LJ? I'm not sure, so erring on the side of caution) and your home.

The whole fire situation is just so scary. My grandparents (who live in RB, but, thankfully, not the part that has burned down) haven't seen a fire this bad in their entire lives. The last big fire that was similar to this was 50 years ago, according to them, but most of current San Diego didn't exist back then so damages were much more limited.

Oh, that's good about the hard drive and paperwork, too.

I'm crossing my fingers that it will keep being okay. You must be exhausted by now.
