I heard that a bunch of my friends picked up poke'mon so I broke down a threw a little cash down for Platinum. But, now I'm torn Piplup is too adorable to evolve but, Empoleon just speaks to me. I'll have to trade him off to the kid so I can restart and have the best of both words.

Wii!
So I got the Wii it was quite an adventure considering the first one was in bad shape but lucky enough as I was about to leave someone else walked in and sold theirs and that system was cherry to say the least.

Okay so I heard from GameStop today and apparently they have a used Wii in. I'd been fighting the temptation to buy it but then Mom beat me over the head and told me to actually use my gift money on myself. So here's hoping it's still in stock by tomorrow morning. Huzzah! -

So after looting the tree for all of its goods I draped myself in my holiday finery. I suppose people *did* want me to be a super villain for Christmas. lol

Just a funny thing I noticed. We opened up our extended family gifts tonight as is tradition with Christmas eve.

Well played Winter... Well played indeed.
So today I spent 7 hours battling Father Winter with snow shovel in hand. At days end I could finally claim victory and with it the spoils of 3 unearth... Errmm, Unsnowed (?) porches. So eating healthy has a down side, should you stray from that path the body does not like it. Seriously tummy it was one Chik-fil-AHHHH sammich. Can't you cut me a little slack? Erk. -
Ye olde cartoons.
I was up late doing so editing and looking over a friends work and decided to take a break and have a look back into cartoons of the past. Thanks to our friend youtube I found an old cartoon from when I was a lad called. King Arthur and the Knights of Justice.

Just broke the 20,000 word mark for my story. Given the little fact that most editors want an 80,000 word story and no more means I'm about on track to where it should be if I wanted it published. It's still a bit early to speculate on the length but maybe, juuuuust maybe this thing could see a book shelf someday. Once I edit out the copy written ( Read more... )
