1.Monday: 500cals
6.30am: Get up, get dressed, make it looklike i have had breakfast. Check daily allownace for ABC. Get dinner made the night before.
7.00: Go swimming for 1 hour
8.15: Get changed from swimming, eat fruit or fat free yogurt for breakfast, Throw away parts of dinner not going to eat. ( cereal bar - 60, fat-free danone cherry yogurt

i think it's cool that you reward yourself with stuff after a week. I think I will get a new cd after this week of hardcore abc-ing.
