7.00: 1 Hour swimming
8.15: Get changed from swimming, eat breakfast of (1 fat-free yogurt - 73, 1 cereal bar - 60)= 133 + 1 bottle water
8.30: Go to school, do homework or schoolwork
9.00 - 11.15: Lessons
11.15: Breaktime, eat
