"Hey, are you as bored as I am? 'Cause feel free to come over and take your pants off so we can do something about it." Beat. "There's your morning crude."

Yeah, that had been intended for Ezra. Whoops.

"Whoa whoa whoa, hold the phone! Body positivity is great and all, but I wouldn't ask anybody to take off more clothes than they're comfortable with! If any! At all! Ever! Well, maybe some of the cuter boys around here, but even then I'd have to get to know them first! And Mermando. You know, if Mermando wore clothes and wasn't marrying the Manatee Queen."

Cosima just wanted lunch, really.

"Hi, I'd like to place an order for egg rolls, a large mapo tofu, and Szechuan string beans with extra chili. And can you deliver it to dorm room 212? Thanks."

By now Tony was aware none of these messages were meant for him. But he had to respond to this one with a phone call.

"Yes. But that's not what you need. If you want to know if a boy likes you, just ask them." Thanks, Tony. "Just make sure they're not a tool first. Don't date a tool."

A long narrow box wrapped in a light pink paper was left outside Ada's room in the early hours of the morning. A little note with Ada's name on the outside of it was tied to the box with a ribbon.

Inside were five little spheres of chocolate wrapped around cores of caramel.

The note was hand-written, and mostly legible despite Ringo's questionable penmanship.

I don't know why, but I thought you'd like the caramel ones. I tried to make more of them, but these are the only ones that came out okay, so I hope they're good.

You've been there to cheer me up a lot over the past year, and I wanted to make sure you knew how much that meant to me.

Thanks for being my friend.

Noyamano Ringo
