Alright. I'm leaving in a couple hours. I'm apparating from Hogsmeade to London then taking the air plane. I'm more nervous than I thought I would be. I've never been away from home so long. Potters and Weasleys and selected Slytherins will be the very death of me, I’m sure of it. While I’m very glad everyone is, for the most part, fine, I hope that no one has any urge to go gallivanting off into the forest (or anything even remotely like a forest) in the near future. Professor Hollyhoks caught up with me today to tell me about an exchange program they're doing with other wizarding schools this year! All over the world. It sounds really neat. It's a two week program where students get to visit other schools and attend classes and that sort of thing. There's about fifteen schools participating. I was surprised ( Read more... ) -

I'm not even a prefect and I feel like I've been shepherding first years around half of my days. Not that I mind or anything. I just wish others were more inclined to help.
