hahahah ohhh bonta. i can so relate. i will not even tell you the lengths i went to procrastinate (it involved lots of friending, hairspray, and eventually, a a burning desire to reorganize my sock drawer). good luck with it, though! put your novel-writing skills to good use i'm sure the results will be fabulous.

Pretend it's NaNoWriMo!!

My fool-proof plan was miserable, but it worked. I had Kelsey drop me off at Starbucks at 10:30am with my dad's laptop, and I went to town. I had no car, nothing else to do, no way to get out...so three coffees, one bathroom break, and six hours later, I had my rough draft (sans conclusion but I'm still unsure of how to write that). Talk about a Good Friday. *eyeroll*

Yeah, my method was just to write until I wanted to die. 10 pages later, I want to die. I still have to write about how children are affected, and I have to go back and pepper the paper with quotes from all my non-Rowling sources, but I'm hoping that the worst is over.
