House mate wanted

In case you don't know already, there is a room going in our Marrickville house. It's medium size, and rent is $100 per week. We have a garden, wireless internet and pomegranates on our lounge room ceiling. The room will be free from the 24th of April.

Please pass this on to any soon-to-be-homeless people you think would be good housemates.

I don't even have a job offer yet. I've only got two applications out there that I haven't heard back on yet. Plus, I'm almost certainly moving in with my parents.
