I've been on a Brand New kick lately. They're one of my favorite bands, but for some reason I always forget to listen to them...then I think, "Why don't I listen to them more?" They have great lyrics that often fit my moods. "Play Crack the Sky" sums it up pretty well

Those lyrics are surprisingly clever. It reads like a poem!

They are also very the opposite of uplifting.
