I hate stress. I always give in and eat :(
I also hate my period i get odd cravings. I'm too weak right now to say no. I suck. I got fat and now everyday i want to just eat. I really can't! I am stronger than this...
Goal:
800 cals a day
Walk or workout or bike
No eating after 6 pm
If hungry...
Brush teeth
Drink water
Go for a walk/run
