I hate stress. I always give in and eat :(
I also hate my period i get odd cravings. I'm too weak right now to say no. I suck. I got fat and now everyday i want to just eat. I really can't! I am stronger than this...

Goal:
800 cals a day
Walk or workout or bike
No eating after 6 pm
If hungry...
Brush teeth
Drink water
Go for a walk/run

are these your goals for the END of each month? if so, they are identical to mine. i've had a similar "recent" history to yours... i lost a fuck-ton of weight... got down to a low of 106, at 5'4"... and right now i'm back to somewhere between 125 to 127 (fuck fuck fuck). i am also trying my damndest not to slip into inSANE ed tendencies... just trying to get down to my goal in a "healthy"-ish way. everyone tells me the same thing though... they have no idea where i am hiding all the weight i've gained... but i don't buy it. anyway, wanna check in with each other every now and then?
