i got on the scale this morning, after working out and showering, and it gave me 134. I was thinking - hrm - maybe it's a water weight loss thing because I just got done doing cardio, but I also drank 16oz. of water while i was on the machine, so I'm not sure. one thing that really bothers me about sparks is that they don't let you design your own weight training program and then copy that plan onto other days. it's too much of a pain to enter in each excersize through their thing every time, so i'm keeping track here ( Read more... )

spin class this morning kicked my ass. i felt like i was going to PUKE halfway through.
