So I decided it was ridiculous that I'd never made a Lois picspam post. After all, I adore her, and she's purty, and I don't really need any excuse to natter away about how great she is. Oh, yay! LOIS! I loved her from day one for all the reasons you listed with lovely pictorial examples. How could you not?

She's also charmingly unimpressed by Clark.
Best thing ever! It's even better when she actually is impressed by Clark.

Side note: I live about an hour from Metropolis, Illinois (where they have the superman statue and museum) and a couple of weeks ago Erica Durance was supposed to be at their annual superman festival. I so would have went and been a silly fangirl if she hadn't canceled at the last minute. :(

Superbly funny. I'm possibly still thinking of the Kara/Lee phallic symbols picspam, but I know I'll still be smirking about Lois handling Clark's phallic symbols later!

Yay! There's more to come... dionusia blames me for that anyway, since I pimped her into SV by telling her the best SV drinking game was based on watching for the phallic symbols. Though I don't think she needed much excuse (either for the picspam or SV!). ;-)

Hee! She actually said that on the show. I think that's when I fell in love with her. ;-) Well, one of the times... Erica's got such an expressive face--it's one of the things I think makes her Lois lots of fun. She's one of those actresses who's always doing little things to show you what's going on with her character.

one of the reasons I love her now is because they've finally balanced that into more good-natured jabbing, that I believe Clark actually enjoys. It was just a bit too mean-spirited and heavy-handed when they first introduced her, IMO.
I can see that. I do wonder if maybe I didn't mind that as much because I was a bit cranky with Clark around that time. ;-) Back then I was such a Lex apologist and also a bit frustrated with Clark being a slow developer. It might look different on revisit. ;)

But of course, the Lois/Lana scenes always make me happy - that one is especially cute. "Reeally?" LOL!
It was so cute! I love their meeting too--Lana saves Lois! Girl power! And like you I really love that the girls genuinely like each other. There will be more of that this week, promise! I already have a few good Lois & Lana caps picked out. *g*

Perhaps, after you conclude your series, I'll do a Lana one. Hell, I'd even like to see a Chloe one, she's had some awesome scenes too. Ohhh cool! That would be great, I think. All the girls need a ( ... )
