My horrific weekend
Let me tell you about my weekend. ( Virus infections, car problems, laundromat dramas.... Cut for everyone's sanity, but come on in and read about my disasters!! *laugh* ) -
BSG
So, not that I've said anything, but I started watching BSG a few months back, and after mainlining it from the mini-series through the the middle of season 3, I had a bit of a break. Watched a few episodes randomly, I picked it up again today. With 3.17. That'd be MAELSTROM.
Well. Now I'm a wreck. -

Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is one of those cakes, where for me the ingredients miraculously bind together, taste terrible in the bowl (who doesn't lick the bowl!) and make a wonderful tasting cake after they're baked. Obviously, this is the joy of baking, but for years, Carrot Cake was something other people baked and I did not.

syncing movies with my iPod Touch
Can someone help me? I wanted to chuck "Iron Man" (not to mention all of 4 other things) on my iPod Touch for this weekend but I'm a wee bit nervous. I've gone to the "Movies" tab on my iPod Touch in iTunes and when I go to click "Sync" it tells me (and I kid you not):

I'm not doing that meme that's going around in circles. This year has sucked too badly to relive it in any long memeage. It's had it's awful lows, some of my worst times.
