I learned something today that I wish I had never learned. Did you know that a 1 oz. shot of 100 proof vodka has almost 100 calories. Mix that with 4 oz. of Ocean Spray cranberry juice and you have yourself like 170 calories with absolutely no nutritional value whatsoever ( Read more... )
