Why has it taken so long for me to realize that I am surrounded by so many beautiful things and wonderful people who genuinely love and care about me.
I've had an epiphany of sorts and now I'm excited. By spring that is taking over the city, by an upcoming visit, by memories, by possibilities.

I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. I am feeling surprisingly okay, there's not much swelling, looks like all the horror stories everyone was telling me were a scare tactic :P I have been doing a lot of sleeping, and I was watching old eps of Angel last night. It's incredible just how much a cupcake can brighten my day. This little darling was from Cupcakes on Pitt in Sydney. Its a vanilla cake with white chocolate icing and a chocolate covered strawberry - to make up for the very disappointing strawberries I brought for my lunch today! :(
