Really. That's great! We all need a good, healthy cry once in a while (as opposed to our usual raging, depressive cries).
I myself practice Buddism (not as thorougly as I should), and I find that it helps when you really put your mind to it. Meditation is so hard, though. It takes a LOT of practice...I still haven't fully gotten it down yet.
I have BPD and I used to attend group therapy for others with BPD or who needed emotion regulation. It was a DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy) based group, and we often meditated. I found it to be very helpful.
Enough about me. I'm really glad to hear that you're finding your positive center today <3

thanks for your note. I've heard that journaling is the next-closest-thing to a life of meditation for bringing a lasting state of peacefulness, so I am trying to catch myself in the many different places of being, emotionally speaking, because it is much more rewarding to revisit a journal when it reflects all of life instead of just when I am ranting.
Trying to get myself up to 1 solid hour of meditation a day, but its tough when I am losing my mind:)
